Minnesota Genealogical Society Family History Fair 2010

MGS will waive the entrance charge to its Library during the day of this meeting for those who register to attend - there is normally a $10 charge for non-members.  They will accept registrations at the door the day of the event, but would like as many advance registrations as possible, for scheduling and lunch purposes.

MGS will present its spring program on April 17 at its library in South St. Paul. This program will feature an opening talk dealing with migration from Europe to America during the 19th century, followed by nine sessions, dealing with family history research.
Genealogists will discuss African-American, Bavarian, Danish, Dutch, English, Irish, Italian, Scottish and Yankee family research methods. These will be presented in 3 tracks, with 3 talks per track. See the schedule below. The lunch period will include an “Ask a Genealogist” Q&A session. A bag lunch can be purchased, in advance only.
We request that you advance register, utilizing either PayPal or by check, in order to help facilitate room scheduling. See our website, www.mngs.org for forms & details.
